Survey Design and Methodology
In getting the best results, nothing is more important than having a valid, robust and relevant questionnaire. The questionnaire design is as much a service as an art. More than 95% of the questionnaires we review do not meet our stringent best-practices design standards. Good design starts with a clear strategy and objectives. We can work with you to design a questionnaire from scratch or review your existing questionnaire and offer suggestions for improvement. When needed, we also conduct focus groups to bring out key issues before developing questionnaire content.
